Book Smooth Skin Resurfacing (Dermaplaning)In simple words
What is Smooth Skin Resurfacing, and how does it work?

Dermaplaning is a gentle way to exfoliate. A sterile, surgical-grade blade is stroked lightly across the skin.
It removes the top layer of dead skin cells and the soft facial hair known as peach fuzz. It doesn't hurt and it won't make hair grow back thicker or darker.
Skin looks brighter and smoother straight away, makeup sits flawlessly and your skincare absorbs better. There's no downtime. Repeat every 4 to 6 weeks.
01
What it is
A trained practitioner uses a sterile blade over appropriate areas, followed by suitable moisturising care.
02
How it works
Removing fine vellus hair and surface cells changes the feel of the skin. This does not remove deep scars or alter hair follicles.
03
Realistic results
Surface smoothness is noticeable after treatment. Fine hair grows back. Regrowth is not made thicker by dermaplaning.
04
Duration & frequency
45 minutes. Often around 4 weeks between visits, adjusted to your skin and the product protocol.
05
Combining treatments
Hydrating care is a straightforward pairing. A superficial peel is appropriate only with a compatible protocol, specific training and tolerant skin. It is not an automatic upgrade.
Aftercare
You receive written aftercare for your specific treatment and product at the appointment, and a review is arranged where it is part of your plan.
