Deposit

A 20% deposit of £15 secures your time. You can pay it securely by card after sending your request, and it comes off your final price.

Deposit & cancellation policy

Your deposit is 20% of the treatment price and comes off what you pay on the day.
Paid securely by card. Skin Renewal Studio never sees or stores your card details.
Move or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice: your deposit moves to your new time, or is refunded in full.
Less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attending: the deposit is kept.
If we cancel, or your consultation shows the treatment isn’t safe for you, your deposit is refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the same card, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

They are stored securely, never shared or sold, and are only seen by Mahshid.
